Following a group of friends who decided to go snowmobiling during their winter vacation. They made a "wrong turn", lost in a storm, and sought refuge in an abandoned sanitarium. They are completely isolated by the storm and be grateful they can get out of the elements. But the sanatorium has a troubled past, and some former patients still live there and are not happy with the intrusion. In a deadly game of cat and mouse, college kids have to struggle to survive the night.
